Cancellations
We know things can change, so you can cancel an order and receive full refund if you notify us 18 days before the date that you've asked to get your flowers. If you give us less notice, we may or may not be able to cancel the flowers - any refund will be 50% of the price of item(s) that we could cancel.
NO CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 72 HOURS OF THE DAY YOU'D ASKED TO GET YOUR FLOWERS. Please understand that the flowers are either in transit or already at the retail partner.
To cancel - if your request is more than 14 days before your specified delivery date then you can notify us via email, phone or text message. If your request is 13 days or less, your must call our office to cancel.
Credits
In the unlikey event that a quality issue shows up after you've gotten your flowers please notify us within 48 hours after pickup/delivery so that we can either replace the flowers or issue you a credit. We may ask for the flowers to be returned so that the issue can be brought to the attention of our grower.
If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase, Seattle Wholesale Florist will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the flowers needing credit. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
